Getting started with care at Carloni Chiropractic Offices Inc. is easy and convenient. We will provide you a link for new patient paperwork online, so you can complete it at your convenience at home. We are in-network with most insurance, so be sure to bring your ID and insurance card to your first visit. Regardless of whether or not you have insurance coverage, we go out of our way to make your care affordable. And if you’ve had any recent imaging such as X-rays or MRIs, we ask that you bring those as well.

Your First Visit

This visit is much more extensive and thorough than many patients have ever experienced before, because our goal is to get to the root of your problem and create an individualized care plan to correct it and get you on the road to injury healing and true wellness.

Our front desk staff will welcome you warmly, and then you’ll have a consultation with your chiropractor to discuss your health history and current complaints. We’ll conduct an extensive orthopedic, chiropractic and neuromuscular evaluation, a brief nutrition evaluation to check for deficiencies, a postural analysis and a foot scan and evaluation.

If we do not need to refer you out for X-rays, you’ll receive your first adjustment at this visit. You’ll also receive any necessary adjunctive therapies like ultrasound, e-stim, laser or myofascial release. This visit takes about one to one and a half hours.

Your Second Visit

Before your next visit, we’ll review your exams and any imaging, and then design a treatment plan that’s unique to you and your needs and goals.

We will go over our report of findings and your specific care plan at your second visit, and explain any of the therapies that are part of your treatment plan. We’ll also let you know how much your insurance covers and what your portion of the payment will be. Then you’ll receive your adjustment and therapies. This visit lasts about 15-30 minutes.
